Charles J. Kocher

Charles J. Kocher serves as a Partner at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in Marlton, New Jersey. His legal practice concentrates on employment law, class actions, business disputes, and business law. Mr. Kocher has effectively litigated numerous wage and hour class actions and is actively involved in several national collective and class actions to recover unpaid wages for workers.
