Gregory Hoffman

Gregory Hoffman is a distinguished member of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper’s Litigation and Real Estate practice groups. His expertise spans commercial litigation and construction law, where he adeptly represents businesses, banking institutions, property owners, contractors, and developers. Gregory handles intricate disputes related to contracts, construction defects, delay claims, and business torts. Additionally, he actively practices in commercial real estate, insurance defense, and municipal court matters throughout New Jersey.

Gregory's extensive experience in both state and federal courts is complemented by his skill in advising clients on pre-suit negotiations, litigation strategy, and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. His pragmatic, results-oriented approach aims for early resolution, aligning with clients’ legal and business goals.

Beyond his legal career, Gregory serves as Council President for the Borough of Park Ridge, New Jersey. He is also a member of the municipal Planning Board and acts as a liaison to the Recreation and Culture Committee, the Green Team, and Taxpayers for Aircraft Noise Solutions and Safety (TANS²), a multi-municipality advocacy group. This public service role enriches his understanding of land use matters, enhancing his representation of clients before zoning and planning boards for development project approvals, variances, and site plans.

Gregory earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Gregory actively participates in the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Union County Bar Association.
