Jaclyn E Alston

Jaclyn E Alston serves as an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in Marlton, New Jersey, where her primary focus is on employment law and civil litigation. She adeptly handles cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

Ms. Alston earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2020. She also completed a minor in Legal Studies. Her academic journey was distinguished by her participation in Rutgers' Bachelors/Juris Doctor Dual Degree program, which enabled her to finish both degrees in six years. During her final undergraduate year, she commenced her studies at Rutgers Law School under a Dean’s Academic Scholarship.

While attending law school, Ms. Alston served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Steven Polansky, the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Camden County, New Jersey. In this role, she conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and observed various civil proceedings. Additionally, she contributed as the New Developments Lead Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

In 2021, Ms. Alston began her tenure with McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk, where she gained essential experience in litigation and client service within the employment law sector.

Residing in Somerdale, New Jersey, Ms. Alston enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
