Joseph Ginarte

Joseph A. Ginarte embarked on his legal career in 1982. Over the years, he has transformed his practice into a thriving full-service trial law firm, supported by a growing team of lawyers and staff. Ginarte attributes his firm's success to the hard work and commitment instilled in him by his parents, who both worked in factories during his upbringing in Newark. While attending Kean University in Union, Ginarte worked as a full-time forklift operator, achieving summa cum laude honors, which fueled his pursuit of a law degree at Rutgers School of Law to advocate for workers' rights.

A notable case in 1995 involved a $9.5 million settlement for a young worker who suffered a debilitating injury at a construction site. Ginarte contended that the lack of proper safety measures by the defendant owner and general contractor necessitated legal action.

Recognized for his professional achievements, Ginarte has been appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Civil Practices Committee and has served as president of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Washington.
