About Leslie Farber
Leslie A. Farber, Esq. has been a practicing attorney since 1991. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University and her law degree from Pace University School of Law, where she contributed to the Pace Law Review and was involved in the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
For nearly three decades, Ms. Farber has represented a diverse clientele in various litigation matters, guiding cases through all stages from consultation to appeal in state, federal, and municipal courts. Her legal acumen is reflected in several cases that have led to published, precedent-setting decisions by the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Farber is an active member of the legal community, participating in the New Jersey, New York, and Essex County Bar Associations. She also serves as President of the National Employment Lawyers Association–New Jersey and has been involved with the LGBT Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association as Chair and Legislative Coordinator. Additionally, she is a Board member of the National LGBT Bar Association and part of the Essex County LGBTQ Advisory Board.
