Claire Scully

Claire Scully has been practicing law since 1989, bringing extensive experience and dedication to her clients. She graduated from Touro College of Law in New York and began her legal career as an intern in the Office of the District Attorney. Upon graduation, she became an Assistant District Attorney, where she honed her skills in jury trials.

In 1991, Ms. Scully took on the role of Assistant Prosecutor in Cape May County, later transitioning in 1993 to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. Here, she was an integral part of a trial team until 1997. After a short break to focus on her family, she returned to the legal field in 2000 as a criminal defense attorney. Her practice covers a wide range of cases, including DUI/DWI, suspended licenses, reckless driving, domestic violence, sex crimes, assault, battery, drug possession, and other drug-related offenses.
