Rachel Elena Partyka

Rachel E. Partyka, a Partner at Weinberger Law Group in New Jersey, has built a distinguished career in matrimonial and family law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2003, where she received the Ralph Bunche Fellowship for exceptional incoming students. During law school, she was actively involved in the Domestic Violence Pro Bono Project, assisting victims in Camden County Family Court, and interned with the Honorable F. Lee Forrester, J.S.C., as well as Legal Services of New Jersey.

Before law school, Ms. Partyka completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Ithaca College in 1999. Her career has been devoted to family law, where she has adeptly handled cases involving custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution of assets. Her dedication and skill have earned her numerous accolades including the Lisa and Kolin Pimental Award for Excellence in Domestic Violence Law, the Mary Philbrook Award for Public Interest Advocacy, and the Ronald B. Atlas Outstanding Attorney Award.

Ms. Partyka's professional excellence has been recognized by Super Lawyer Magazine, naming her a Rising Star from 2014 to 2017. Recently, she achieved the status of Certified Matrimonial Attorney, further solidifying her expertise in family law.
