Admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York since 1995, Frank's professional journey began with his certification as a public accountant in 1991. His deep involvement in the legal and accounting sectors of New Jersey is evident through his past presidency of the Accounting Financial and Tax Professional Society of New Jersey, as well as his memberships in the New Jersey State, Passaic County, and American Bar Associations.

Frank is also affiliated with the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His commitment to community service is demonstrated through his pro bono work with Legal Services of New Jersey and Volunteer Lawyers For Justice.

A New Jersey native from Hasbrouck Heights, Frank earned his bachelor in science degree in accounting from Rutgers University in 1989, followed by his law degree from New York Law School in 1995. He is an alumnus of Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey.
