Christian V. McOmber

Christian V. McOmber, a third-generation attorney and lifelong resident of Monmouth County, brings a unique blend of business acumen and legal expertise to his practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University's College of Architecture, Art, and Planning, where he majored in City and Regional Planning.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. McOmber was the general manager and later president of Mardem Manufacturing Company, a division of Seton Associates, Inc. Under his leadership, Mardem, known for its turnkey filling and packaging systems, was successfully reorganized and later sold in 2006.

Pursuing his passion for law, Mr. McOmber earned his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating 9th in his class. In 2010, he was admitted to the New Jersey and Federal District Court Bars and joined the family-established firm, McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C.

Mr. McOmber's primary practice areas include alternate dispute resolution, business law, civil litigation, collections, education, personal injury, property tax appeals, and land use. His prior executive experience offers his commercial clients strategic insight and practical solutions. He has successfully litigated numerous cases in commercial, personal injury, collection, and real estate matters. Notable clients include Central Metal Fabricators, Inc., which serves the United States Department of Defense.
