Jane Simpson

Jane Simpson has dedicated 30 years to practicing family law, with a focus on resolving complex family issues efficiently and cost-effectively. As a certified mediator and parent coordinator, she assists families in navigating disputes without resorting to prolonged litigation.

Jane serves as a panelist for the Family Law Early Settlement Programs in Morris, Somerset, Essex, and Union counties. She is a member of the Barry I. Croland Inn of Court, the first teaching Inn of Court in the United States. Her involvement with the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association further highlights her commitment to the field.

In addition to her professional memberships, Jane is actively involved with the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and the Morris County Bar Association, where she co-chaired the Family Law Section and served on the Executive Committee. Her peers and former clients commend her problem-solving skills, often receiving referrals from opposing attorneys, therapists, and other professionals who trust her ability to facilitate fair resolutions.
