Lauren D. Fraser

Lauren D. Fraser is a seasoned personal injury trial attorney with Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, where she primarily handles cases involving spine and brain injuries. Her expertise extends beyond the courtroom, as she collaborates with attorneys across the nation, providing focus groups and strategic trial consulting.

Lauren is a frequent lecturer and educator for various trial lawyer organizations nationwide. She holds a significant role on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, where she co-chairs the Jury Bias Litigation Group and contributes as part of the Faculty for AAJ’s Case Plus Virtual Focus Groups. Her leadership includes serving as a Trustee of the Melvin M. Belli Society and active membership in the New Jersey Association for Justice. From 2015 to 2021, she was part of the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Trustees.

Outside her legal career, Lauren is the Director of Trinity Studios, a recognized performing arts and dance studio, and serves as the Producing Director of the Black Cat Theatre Company of NJ. She is also an accomplished author, having co-authored “Experts: Picking, Preparing, Perfecting” with Jonathan Lomurro and Mark Kitrick, available through AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters. Her fiction includes the Amazon Best-Selling novel, “Trinity,” and its sequel, “Queen Makers.” Additionally, she is a produced playwright and songwriter.

Residing in Northwestern New Jersey, Lauren shares her home with her daughter Anna, their dog Romeo, and cats Brian, Olivia, Roger, and Bean. Her accolades include being named a NJ Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2008 to 2013 and a NJ Super Lawyer from 2014 onwards. In 2012, the NJ Law Journal recognized her as one of the New Leaders of the Bar. She is listed among the National Trial Lawyers NJ Top 100 Trial Lawyers and Top 25 Women Trial Lawyers, received the NJSBA Amicus Award in 2019, and has been included in Best Lawyers in America from 2025 onward.
