Gregory Hoffman

Gregory Hoffman is a distinguished attorney at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, actively engaged in litigation and real estate practice groups. His expertise encompasses commercial litigation and construction law, where he adeptly handles complex disputes for businesses, banks, property owners, contractors, and developers. His legal acumen extends to addressing issues such as contracts, construction defects, delay claims, and business torts.

Gregory's practice also covers commercial real estate, insurance defense, and municipal court matters throughout New Jersey. With substantial experience in both state and federal courts, he provides clients with strategic advice in pre-suit negotiations and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. His pragmatic approach prioritizes early resolution while maintaining clients’ legal and business goals.

Beyond his legal practice, Gregory is dedicated to public service as the Council President for the Borough of Park Ridge, New Jersey. He is actively involved in the municipal Planning Board and serves as a liaison to various committees, including the Recreation and Culture Committee and the Green Team.
