Ashley E. Malandre

Ashley E. Malandre is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., working from the firm's Red Bank, New Jersey office. She specializes in employment litigation, handling issues such as discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. Ms. Malandre has significant experience representing clients in federal, state, and administrative proceedings.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Malandre was actively engaged in representing management across all facets of labor and employment law, as well as municipal law. She has advocated for public entities in matters related to Civil Rights, the Law Against Discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, hostile work environments, harassment, the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, and premise liability. Additionally, she served as an Alternate Prosecutor in various Monmouth County municipalities.

Ms. Malandre's career began with a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien, J.S.C., at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage. During her tenure, she managed Judge O’Brien’s motion calendar, conducted legal research, and provided recommendations on pending motions. She is also certified as a civil mediator, facilitating settlements in landlord/tenant and small claims disputes.

Ms. Malandre was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and Pennsylvania Bar in 2011. She resides in Ocean Township, New Jersey, with her husband, Will, and their son, Caleb.
