Skylar B. DeMartinis

Skylar B. DeMartinis serves as an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the Marlton, New Jersey office. Her practice primarily encompasses employment law and civil litigation, advocating for clients in matters such as discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

Ms. DeMartinis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence and National Security Studies from Coastal Carolina University, graduating magna cum laude in just three years. Her professional journey began in the corporate Asset Protection department at Wegmans Food Markets, where she managed employment dispute investigations.

Furthering her education, Ms. DeMartinis attended Rutgers Law School – Camden on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During her time there, she actively participated as a student attorney in the Rutgers Expungement Clinic, assisting individuals in expunging their criminal records.

After her first year at Rutgers, Ms. DeMartinis gained litigation experience as a law clerk at the Department of Homeland Security's Philadelphia Office. She also contributed to the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and served as a class representative for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Following her second year of law school, Ms. DeMartinis joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk in the firm's Marlton Office, leveraging her experience in employment disputes and litigation. In her leisure time, she enjoys live music, family visits to the shore, and traveling.
