David H. Nachman

David H. Nachman, Esq. is a distinguished attorney with a focus on immigration and business law. He is a lifetime resident of New Jersey, having been born in New York. Mr. Nachman began his legal career at one of New Jersey's largest law firms in Newark, where he honed his skills in business immigration law, corporate compliance, and commercial litigation. During this time, he contributed to significant cases such as Berger vs. Berger and Wolley vs. Hoffman-LaRoche, which are landmark decisions in the realms of corporate and employment law, respectively.

Following his tenure in Newark, Mr. Nachman joined another leading law firm in Middletown, New Jersey. There, he expanded his expertise in commercial and environmental defense litigation, securities regulation, and contract law, while continuing to serve small and mid-sized businesses in immigration matters.

Mr. Nachman is admitted to practice in the Bar of Bergen County, the State of New Jersey, the United States Court of International Trade, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has also played a pivotal role as the State Department Liaison for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and actively mentors national AILA members.
