About David Polsky
David W. Polsky is a seasoned defense attorney with more than three decades of experience in New Jersey. Since his admission to the bar in 1991, he has built a reputation for providing effective and affordable legal representation. His practice areas include DUI and DWI, traffic violations, criminal charges, white collar crimes, expungements, motor vehicle accidents, and license suspensions and reinstatements. David personally manages every case, ensuring clients receive his dedicated attention without delegation to other attorneys.
Prior to founding his own firm in 1995, David served as a defense attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Northern New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and actively participates in the Bar's Municipal Court Practice Section. Additionally, he holds the position of President of the Ridge Homeowners Association.
David is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and holds two undergraduate degrees from Syracuse University, including one from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, where he gained valuable experience through internships with a federal judge in the Third Circuit Eastern District and the New Jersey Attorney General’s Criminal Division. He also completed a clerkship with a Superior Court Judge in Passaic County.
Outside of his professional life, David is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and is an enthusiastic sports fan. He is also committed to supporting breast cancer and Alzheimer’s research, causes that have deeply affected his family.
