Jaclyn Healey

Jaclyn Healey completed her undergraduate studies at Ramapo College in just two and a half years, actively participating as an officer in various campus organizations and competing in Moot Court. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she also obtained a Certification in Corporate and Business Law. As a member of Phi Delta Phi, she served as Vice-Magister.

At Rutgers, Mrs. Healey contributed to the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, representing incapacitated persons in guardianship cases and acting as in-house counsel for local businesses and organizations. She gained further experience working for the Honorable Travis L. Francis, A.J.S.C., and volunteering with a Deaf Advocacy lawyer.

Following her graduation, Mrs. Healey clerked for the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C., where she dealt with Juvenile criminal matters, Mass Tort Litigation, and various Civil Litigation issues. Currently, at Wolfe Ossa Law, she continues to provide comprehensive legal services in Guardianship matters, Palimony Litigation, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration.
