Victor A. Rotolo

Victor A. Rotolo has dedicated more than four decades to practicing law, specializing in divorce and custody matters, personal injury, and criminal defense. Before pursuing a legal education, Victor served as a police officer in Elizabeth, New Jersey, which provided him with unique insights into the legal system. He holds the prestigious certification as a Civil Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Victor is a distinguished member of the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates forums, a recognition reserved for attorneys who have secured million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Since 2006, Victor has been consistently recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer. In 1996, he earned the esteemed "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a leading legal reference organization.

His legal practice extends across all New Jersey Courts, U.S. District Courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court. Victor is actively involved with the Hunterdon County Bar Association, where he chairs the Bench/Bar Liaison and Unauthorized Practice of Law committees, and participates in the Civil Practice and Due Diligence committees.

Victor contributes to the legal community as a commentator at the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and has taught trial practice at Hofstra University School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program. He also serves as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and has been appointed as a Discovery Master in complex litigation cases.
