Concepcion Jimenez Flores

Connie J. Flores is a founding partner of Flores Mendez Law, known for her dedication to personal injury cases such as wrongful death, 18-wheeler accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, dram shop cases, and auto collisions. Her practice spans New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona, where she is committed to assisting clients who face challenges with insurance companies during critical times.

Connie is a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas, who graduated from the University of Denver in 2003, earning honors from the National Honor Society. She continued her education at the University of New Mexico School of Law, graduating in 2008 as a Dean’s Award recipient. During her time in law school, Connie actively supported minority advancement in the legal profession, serving as President of the Mexican American Law Student Association.

After law school, Connie began her legal career at a personal injury law firm in El Paso, where she had previously worked as a legal assistant for over eight years. In 2016, she co-founded Flores, Tawney & Acosta, P.C., contributing significantly to its expansion across the southwest with four offices. On October 1, 2023, Connie launched Flores Mendez Law with a colleague, establishing offices in El Paso and Las Cruces.

Connie is passionate about mentoring teenage parents, drawing from her personal experience of having her first son at 15. She actively supports their educational pursuits, frequently speaking at local high schools to inspire others by sharing her journey and the challenges she overcame to achieve success.
