Jessica Kane

Jessica Kane began her professional journey as a school guidance counselor and licensed therapist, driven by a passion for supporting children through hardship. Her work included counseling, crisis intervention, and grief counseling, providing essential support to those in need.

Her transition to the legal field began as a paralegal at the Law Offices of Samuel Kane, where she witnessed firsthand the impact of personal injury and tragic loss on families, particularly involving children. This experience motivated her to pursue a legal career, earning her Juris Doctorate from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Jessica's legal practice focuses on personal injury cases, particularly those affecting minors, as well as cases involving active military, veterans, and wrongful death suits. Her clients value her compassionate and patient approach, coupled with a relentless dedication to securing justice.

Outside the courtroom, Jessica is a dedicated mother of five and an enthusiastic “rim-to-rim” hiker and marathon runner. Her personal resilience and determination mirror her professional commitment to her clients.
