Brady Pofahl

Brady C. Pofahl, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, is committed to representing clients throughout the state in their personal injury claims. He graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico and later attended the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he was an editor for the NM Law Review and published a law review article. Graduating with honors in 1998, Mr. Pofahl began his legal career in insurance defense before shifting his focus to personal injury law in 2000.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Pofahl has built a solid reputation for handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and wrongful death claims, securing millions in recoveries for his clients. His dedication to achieving the best outcomes has earned him national recognition, including an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In 2005, he established his own firm with a mission to maximize client recoveries.
