Dan Cron

Dan Cron has established himself as one of New Mexico's foremost criminal defense attorneys, amassing over four decades of legal practice. Known for his strategic acumen, he excels in managing complex, high-profile cases with seasoned judgment and unwavering determination.

Dan is also the most experienced national security clearance attorney in New Mexico. His personal clearance experience enables him to adeptly represent clients with clearances from the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and the State Department. Dan's legal journey began in 1980 in Santa Fe, where he was tasked with overseeing federal reforms at the Penitentiary of New Mexico after a significant prison riot.
