About Greg T. Rinckey

Greg T. Rinckey, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Tully Rinckey PLLC, where he specializes in military law, federal employment and discrimination litigation, and national security clearance mitigation. His legal expertise was honed during his service with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he prosecuted and defended military personnel in more than 100 felony cases, including charges from drug possession to murder.

Mr. Rinckey has extensive experience representing federal and private sector employees in proceedings before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Special Counsel. Since co-founding Tully Rinckey with Mathew B. Tully, Esq. in 2004, he has established himself as a leader in military and federal employment law.

In addition to his legal practice, Greg Rinckey is appointed to the Committee on Character and Fitness for the State of New York Appellate Division's Third Judicial District, where he interviews prospective attorneys for admission to the New York State Bar.
