Jonathan David Warner

Jonathan D. Warner serves as the co-founder and managing partner at Warner & Warner, PLLC based in Albany, New York. His legal practice is concentrated in Consumer Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Defense Law, Consumers’ Rights Law, and Mortgage Modification assistance, offering comprehensive services in these areas.

Jonathan's academic journey began at SUNY Albany, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in 2007. He then pursued his legal education at the Michigan State University College of Law, graduating in 2011. During law school, he actively participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Team, held leadership roles in two student organizations, and contributed as the Senior Research Assistant at the school's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.

His legal experience was further enriched by summer judicial internships with the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York, where he clerked for Hon. Lawrence E. Kahn and Hon. Robert E. Littlefield, Jr. respectively. Jonathan is dedicated to pro bono work in the Capital Region community, earning him the 2014 Kurt Clobridge Memorial Award for Pro Bono Service by The Legal Project and the 2013 and 2014 Top Contributor Award from Avvo.com.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Meg, and their two cats, Master and Margarita. His personal interests include reading, hiking, and motorcycle riding.
