Born and raised in Loudonville, New York, Justin relocated to Central New York for his legal education at the Syracuse University College of Law. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he majored in Political Science and minored in History and German Language. He earned his Juris Doctor in May 2022 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2023.
