Michael Boyle, a native of the Capital Region, brings a wealth of experience to his role as an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC. His practice encompasses a diverse range of areas, focusing on bankruptcy, intellectual property, secured transactions, and contracts. Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Michael was an Of Counsel attorney at a Schenectady law firm, where he handled various litigation and transactional matters. Additionally, he served as counsel for a Capital Region property management company, overseeing civil litigation and transactional affairs throughout New York State. His responsibilities included negotiating and executing property management agreements for over 200 properties.

Michael excels in developing effective and innovative strategies for civil and criminal cases, demonstrating an aggressive courtroom presence while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Outside the courtroom, he assists clients with transactional issues, such as corporate entity formation and contract drafting. Michael's legal journey began at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for a judge at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
