Julie Rendelman

Julie Rendelman began her distinguished legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, Brooklyn. There, she developed a reputation for being a formidable trial attorney, having investigated and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. Her expertise was showcased as lead counsel in over 60 felony jury trials, encompassing a range of crimes from drug offenses to sex crimes and homicides.

Julie rapidly advanced to the position of Senior Trial Attorney and was later promoted to Deputy Bureau Chief within the elite Homicide Bureau. During her tenure as a prosecutor, she also served as an Adjunct Law Professor at Brooklyn Law School, where she taught Criminal Procedure.

Following her prosecutorial career, Julie established her own practice, the Law Offices of Julie Rendelman, LLC. Her comprehensive background in prosecution provides her with a unique insight into the strategies used by prosecutors, which she leverages to build robust defenses for her clients.

Julie is admitted to practice law across all boroughs of New York City, as well as in the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
