Laura Noble offers over 30 years of legal expertise, specializing in employment law, civil litigation, mediation, negotiation, and consulting. Laura's legal journey began after graduating from the University of Maryland. She moved to New York City to work as a prosecutor in one of the nation's most demanding District Attorney's offices. Her career progressed as she joined a prominent civil litigation firm in Manhattan, followed by a role as general counsel and advocate at a nonprofit.

In 2009, Laura founded The Noble Law, driven by a vision to deliver exceptional employment law services. Her practice is guided by core values such as collaboration, leadership, empathy, integrity, and innovation. As a certified mediator, she excels in facilitating discussions and resolutions between disputing parties.

Laura also hosts the podcast “Worksights: Insight into the Workplace,” where she engages with influential figures in employment law and discusses pertinent news stories. Committed to community service, she and her firm actively work to enhance access to legal services in North Carolina.
