Robert O'Hare

Robert A. O'Hare Jr. is the founding partner of O’Hare Parnagian LLP and heads the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. With a legal career exceeding two decades, Robert has built a reputation for handling complex business and corporate litigation cases at prestigious national and international law firms. Since establishing O’Hare Parnagian in 1999, he has expanded his practice to include representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries or fatalities due to others' wrongful conduct. His transition into this area was driven by requests from clients and colleagues in the legal community.

Robert leverages his extensive business acumen and expertise in commercial litigation to successfully advocate for injured clients, securing millions in compensation for those affected in New York. His practical experience is further enriched by his background in law enforcement and emergency medical services.

Prior to his legal career, Robert served with the New York City Police Department as both a police officer and sergeant. He was also an emergency medical technician with New York City's Emergency Medical Service and volunteered for the largest ambulance service in the city. These roles provided him with firsthand insight into the impact of wrongful injuries and the dedication of first responders. Robert is committed to assisting those injured on duty in obtaining just compensation for their injuries.
