Adam Tynan

Adam Tynan, a civil litigation attorney in Bay Shore, New York, is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families affected by personal injuries. His practice areas include personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Adam began his legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department. In the Special Litigation Unit, he represented various City agencies in cases of catastrophic injuries throughout all five boroughs. This position provided him with extensive experience in depositions, motions, oral arguments, conferences, settlements, and trials.

He holds a law degree from New York Law School, where he was an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Association and the Trial Competition Team. Upon graduation, he received the Order of the Barristers and a Dean’s Award for Student Leadership and was recognized as a Semi-Finalist in the Texas Lawyers National Trial Competition.

Adam was born and raised in New Jersey and completed his undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College, serving as President of the Pre-Law Society.

Before entering the legal field, Adam spent two years in Florence, Italy, working as a tour manager for a travel company. Outside of his professional life, he participates in fitness events and fundraises for St. Jude Children’s Hospital through the St. Jude Heroes program, including marathons and Spartan races.
