Sandra Ellen Malkin

Sandra E. Malkin is a distinguished partner at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP, where she focuses on oil and gas law, business law, real property law, trusts and estates, and succession planning. Her legal career began with her admission to the New York State Bar in 2002, followed by the Pennsylvania Bar in 2010 and the Florida Bar in 2016.

Ms. Malkin's academic credentials include a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University, a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, and an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Public Administration. Her expertise is further recognized through her certification as a Professional Minerals and Royalty Asset Manager by the National Association of Royalty Owners Institute of the NARO Foundation.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Malkin is an active member of the New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida Bar Associations. She also contributes to the legal community as a member of the PBA Shale Energy Law Committee.
