Joshua Adam Kittenplan

Joshua Adam Kittenplan has deep roots on Long Island, where he was born and raised. He pursued his undergraduate studies at SUNY at Binghamton and earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. During his time in law school, Joshua began his legal career as a law clerk at a prominent New York matrimonial and general litigation firm, which provided him with substantial experience in family law.

After passing the New York State Bar Exam, Joshua was invited to join the same firm as a full-time associate. For nearly five years, he honed his skills in handling high asset and high-profile cases. His role allowed him to appear in almost every courthouse throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Joshua has litigated a diverse array of cases, including custody, support, order of protection, and civil contempt hearings. He has successfully represented professionals such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, hedge fund managers, business executives, and real estate developers in divorce proceedings. Each case has enriched his understanding of various industries, presenting unique challenges and insights.
