Yuriy Mava is an accomplished attorney based in the Bronx, New York, with a focus on real estate transactions including residential and commercial real estate, leasing, construction, and investment ventures. At AB Capstone, he managed all legal aspects including structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions, financings, leasing, and development activities. He also played a critical role in the firm’s corporate and operational affairs, managing outside counsel.

Yuriy earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science from Queens College. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
