Adrienne Dresevic

Adrienne Dresevic is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C. in Brooklyn, New York. Her expertise spans all areas of healthcare law, with a significant emphasis on Stark Law and fraud and abuse counseling. She also provides guidance on compliance, reimbursement, and payor audits.

Before entering law school, Ms. Dresevic served as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group at NBD, where she was promoted to officer in 1995. She earned her law degree Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During her time at Wayne State, she received several accolades, including the Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, the Dean Scholarship, and a Scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law.

Ms. Dresevic is actively involved with the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association (Health Law Section), and the State Bar of Michigan (Health Care Law Section). She contributes to the Publications Committee of the ABA Health Law Section and serves on the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.
