Alexandria Theresa Awad

Alexandria Awad is a dedicated litigation attorney at Tiveron Law, focusing on Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases. She skillfully represents clients in a range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction and workplace injuries, mesothelioma cases, and medical malpractice claims.

Alexandria obtained her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. During her studies, she gained valuable experience as a law clerk with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Coast Guard, and under the Honorable Paula Feroleto, Administrative Judge of the Eighth District of New York.

Her litigation expertise was honed in New York City, where she represented mesothelioma victims in high-stakes talcum powder litigation against major corporations. Notably, in 2019, she contributed to a trial team that achieved a landmark $325 million verdict for a client affected by mesothelioma due to long-term use of Johnson & Johnson talc products.

Alexandria is recognized across New York State for her contributions as a co-author for the New York State Trial Lawyer Association’s annual Decisions continuing legal education seminar. She writes the “Discovery” Chapter, providing insights on every discovery-related decision from New York’s four Appellate Divisions and its Court of Appeals, serving as a crucial resource for attorneys statewide.
