Edgar Ness Romano

Edgar Ness Romano is a senior partner at Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP, where he expertly manages workers compensation cases. He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Brandeis University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Romano is renowned for litigating complex workers compensation claims, including those involving occupational exposure, asbestos, and industrial irritants.

Mr. Romano has delivered numerous lectures to labor unions and medical providers, sharing his extensive knowledge in the field. He previously served as President of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group and is the current President of the Society of New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

He is an active member of the Leader’s Forum of the American Association for Justice and has held the position of Past Chair of the workers compensation section. His professional affiliations include the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Jewish Lawyer’s Guild, and the New York Committee for Occupational Safety & Health (NYCOSH).

Mr. Romano contributes his expertise to the Advisory Committee of the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital and serves on the Advisory Board of the I.J. Selikoff Center for Occupational and Environmental Medicine. His achievements have earned him a place in “Who’s Who in American Law.”
