Jaimie F. Dockray

Jaimie Fried Dockray has been a dedicated member of Lax, Neville & Intelisano, LLP since 2013, serving as Special Counsel. She provides comprehensive representation in employment-related matters, skillfully handling workplace disputes, contract negotiations, and litigation for both individuals and employers. Her clientele includes high net worth individuals, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations.

Before her tenure at Lax, Neville & Intelisano, LLP, Ms. Dockray spent approximately 15 years at Bingham McCutchen, LLP. There, she was a key player in the management-side labor and employment group, advocating for public and private companies as well as nonprofit institutions. Her legal expertise spans federal and state court trials, arbitrations, and administrative agency proceedings.

Ms. Dockray offers strategic counsel on human resource matters, including employee separations, the drafting and enforcement of non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements, and the creation of employment and executive contracts. She is adept at developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and managing issues related to wage and hour rules and disability accommodations.
