Adrienne Woods, the firm's founder, brings over 16 years of expertise in representing a wide array of industries, including homeless shelters, oil and gas, airlines, fitness centers, entertainment, consumer goods, retail, alternative energy, health supplements, casinos, real estate, and health care. Her legal journey began as a law clerk for the Hon. Alan L. Gropper, a former United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.

After her clerkship, Adrienne gained valuable experience at two nationally-ranked law firms, focusing on creditors’ rights and complex financial restructurings. She also served as a Bankruptcy Legal Analyst with Bloomberg Law. Establishing her firm in 2013, Adrienne expanded her practice to include individual and business debtor representation.
