Carissa Kranz

Carissa Kranz, a former professional ballet dancer, is a distinguished attorney licensed in New York, Washington D.C., and Florida. She is well-known for her appearances as a legal expert on major media outlets, including Fox News, CBS, and CNN. Carissa co-hosts shows on the Law & Crime Network with Dan Abrams and has been featured on platforms such as Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew.

Before establishing her own injury law firm, Carissa gained extensive experience as a prosecutor, trying nearly 100 cases. Her legal journey includes roles as a litigation attorney at Greenberg Traurig, a law clerk for the California Supreme Court, and legal counsel at a clinic for indigent clients. Currently, she leads the Law Offices of Carissa Kranz, focusing on representing injured clients.

Carissa's firm also operates BevVeg International, a vegan certification organization recognized by Forbes, PETA, and other notable publications as a trusted stamp of approval for conscious brands. A graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Journalism, summa cum laude, Carissa was an anchor for an Emmy-winning newscast. She further pursued her passion for journalism with a master's degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, where she was honored as a Bloomberg Scholar and served as a Capitol Hill correspondent.
