Scott L. Silver

Scott L. Silver has dedicated his legal career to the practice of securities and financial services law. He specializes in securities arbitration and litigation and plaintiff-side class action litigation, advocating for both individual investors and institutions in disputes against brokerage firms, investment advisors, commodities firms, and hedge funds. Scott also acts as counsel for receivers and trustees, focusing on recovering investor losses from Ponzi schemes.

Scott possesses extensive experience in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the National Futures Association (NFA), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). His efforts have led to the recovery of millions of dollars for aggrieved investors through both arbitration and court actions. Scott's representation spans across the United States, as well as internationally in Europe, South America, and Israel.

As a frequent lecturer and author, Scott shares his expertise on securities and investment fraud. He has delivered lectures at the University of Miami School of Law and Albany Law School’s Securities Arbitration Clinic, and has participated in numerous securities arbitration seminars, bar conferences, and industry meetings. Scott regularly contributes to various publications and has authored numerous articles on investors and the arbitration process. In 2011, he published a primer on SEC Whistleblower incentives in the PIABA Bar Journal.
