Tudor Neagu

Tudor Neagu has extensive experience in immigration and nationality law across the United States, with a primary focus in New York. His expertise includes handling immigration litigation for EOIR matters such as asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment, habeas corpus, deferred action, waivers, and appellate work. Tudor has successfully secured numerous grants in immigration court and at the asylum office for clients from diverse regions including China, Haiti, South America, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Tudor is currently a valued member of Wildes & Weinberg, PC, a prestigious immigration law firm established in 1960, known for its distinguished clientele. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania (2006) and a JD from Villanova Law School (2010). During his time at Villanova, he was involved in the CARES asylum clinic and worked with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor.

Admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Tudor is also authorized to appear in the federal districts of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania. Fluent in Romanian and conversant in French, he is committed to providing a clear strategy to each client, ensuring they are informed about all case developments, and striving for favorable outcomes.
