John C. Kim, born in Seoul, South Korea, moved to the United States in 1971 at the age of five. Raised in Baltimore, Maryland by entrepreneurial parents, he proudly embraces his Korean and American heritage. With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Mr. Kim has been practicing in New York City since 1999, covering all boroughs and Federal Courts in New Jersey.
In 2005, Mr. Kim established his own firm, which has successfully handled thousands of cases for both individuals and businesses. These include matters related to divorce, immigration, real estate, bankruptcy, debt negotiation, and business restructuring.
