John Troy

John Troy serves as the Managing Attorney of Troy Law, a firm renowned for its focus on employment wage-and-hour cases. Admitted to practice in 1989 in New York and various U.S. District Courts, including the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts, as well as the Second Court of Appeals, Troy has been a steadfast advocate for the Flushing community. He holds degrees from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan and the Dickinson School of Law in Pennsylvania.

Under Troy's leadership, Troy Law has established itself as a premier plaintiffs’-side firm dedicated to representing employees, particularly low-income immigrant workers, in wage-and-hour and employment discrimination disputes. His expertise in the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law is well-documented through his writings and media appearances. Notably, his op-ed on Taiwanese envoy Hsien-Hsien “Jacqueline” Liu's labor practices was published in China Times, and he has been featured in Sing Tao Daily and World Journal on wage-and-hour law discussions.
