Jonathan Krikheli

Jonathan Krikheli serves as an Associate Attorney at Consumer Attorneys, where he focuses on Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) cases. His commitment to consumer advocacy drives his work in credit reporting, debt collection, and employment law. Since joining the firm in 2021 during his first year of law school, Jonathan has built a robust understanding of federal consumer protection laws. His expertise includes the FCRA, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Jonathan is passionate about consumer protection, finding fulfillment in assisting clients who often lack resources to advocate for themselves. He strives to guide them through challenging times, ensuring they emerge stronger and more empowered.

Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree in History from CUNY York College, consistently making the Dean’s List. He received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May 2024, where he was Treasurer of the International Law Society. During law school, he participated in a pro bono program assisting indigent individuals with tax filing at no cost.
