Moshe Boroosan

Moshe Boroosan, the Managing Partner of Litigation at Consumer Attorneys PLLC, is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in handling consumer protection cases across the United States. His expertise encompasses a broad range of federal and state claims, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, Consumer Leasing Act, Federal Odometer Act, and the Consumer Credit Fairness Act.

Before joining Consumer Attorneys PLLC, Moshe gained valuable experience at a national securities class-action firm. There, he skillfully prosecuted complex investor litigations against major Wall Street firms accused of fraud, securing significant financial recoveries for both institutional and individual clients.

Since 2018, Moshe has been recognized annually as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for the New York Metro area, highlighting his growing influence in the legal field.

In addition to his litigation practice, Moshe is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. He contributes as the editor of the NYLitigator, a quarterly publication of the NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section.

Moshe holds a law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was an integral member of the St. John’s Law Review.
