Nisan Zaghi

Nisan Zaghi serves as an Associate Attorney at Consumer Attorneys PLLC, focusing on consumer rights. His expertise lies in addressing credit-reporting errors, unfair debt-collection practices, and inaccuracies in background checks, guided by laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Before joining the firm, Nisan developed his litigation skills at a boutique patent-litigation practice. He later transitioned to representing individuals in consumer-protection cases, enhancing his technical knowledge and client-focused approach. Nisan is committed to holding businesses accountable for deceptive practices and derives fulfillment from restoring clients' reputations and livelihoods.

Nisan prioritizes open client communication, ensuring accessibility, prompt responses, and keeping clients informed throughout their cases. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law with a substantial scholarship and holds a B.S. in Biology from Brooklyn College. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Nisan litigates consumer-protection claims across the Northeast. Outside of work, Nisan enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with his wife and children, activities that keep him grounded and ready to tackle his clients' challenges.
