Yaear Weintroub

Yaear Weintroub serves as an Associate Attorney at Consumer Attorneys PLLC, where he concentrates on safeguarding consumers against credit-reporting inaccuracies, unlawful debt-collection methods, and other breaches of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. His current role is grounded in the experience he amassed at a consumer-protection firm, managing FCRA cases and related legal matters. His litigation skills were further honed during his tenure as a full-time Pro Bono Scholar at Disability Rights New York.

Yaear is passionate about consumer-protection law as it offers a tangible means to hold businesses accountable when they mislead or take shortcuts at the expense of ordinary individuals. He finds great satisfaction in assisting clients to restore their reputations or reclaim financial opportunities lost due to erroneous reports or creditor errors.

Committed to transparency, Yaear emphasizes clear communication with clients, ensuring that questions are addressed promptly and that each procedural step is thoroughly explained to prevent any uncertainty during the case.

Yaear earned his J.D. from Hofstra Law School on a full scholarship, participating in the Pro Bono Scholars Program, which enabled him to take the bar exam early and accelerate his legal practice admission. Prior to law school, he completed a B.A. in Philosophy at Brooklyn College, enhancing his analytical abilities with a minor in computer science.

Beyond his legal career, Yaear enjoys composing music, playing various instruments, following sports, and spending time with his wife and their dog.
