About Alyce Beth Wittenstein
Alyce Beth Wittenstein has been a pivotal member of the legal community since she joined the firm in 1985 as a managing paralegal. Under the mentorship of Mr. Wittenstein and the experienced staff, she gained comprehensive knowledge of the firm's practices and procedures.
From 1995 to 1998, she attended CUNY Law School, where she distinguished herself as a teaching assistant for Civil Rights leader Haywood Burns. During her studies, she founded a Human Rights Delegation to Haiti and studied Constitutional Law under the guidance of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Her tenure at the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) provided her with a deep understanding of Employment Discrimination matters. This experience, combined with her passion for Civil Rights and knowledge of the Personal Injury practice, enriched her contributions to the firm upon her admission to the Bar in 1999.
In 2000, she became a partner, marking a new chapter for the firm as it was renamed Wittenstein & Wittenstein, Esqs. PC.
