Luigi Vigliotti

Luigi Vigliotti is a distinguished criminal defense attorney located in Huntington Station, New York. With a strong background as a former New York State Prosecutor, Luigi has honed his expertise in criminal law, particularly emphasizing DWI/DUI defense and vehicular criminal defense.

Previously, Luigi served as a traffic prosecutor at 801 Axinn Ave in Hempstead, where he adeptly managed both straightforward and complex traffic cases from arraignment through to trial. His role in the District Attorney’s Office included being part of the esteemed DWI/DUI unit, where he prosecuted thousands of vehicular cases, such as those involving DWI/DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, breath test refusals, and driving under the influence of drugs or a combination of substances.

Luigi's responsibilities extended beyond vehicular crimes, as he also prosecuted various misdemeanor and felony cases. His experience includes trying numerous misdemeanor and felony jury trials to verdict, conducting pretrial suppression hearings, presenting felony cases to the Grand Jury for indictment, and handling a wide range of criminal cases from arraignment to trial.

In 2008, Luigi established his own law practice, concentrating on the defense of all criminal matters and personal injury litigation.
