Paul Soo Lee

Paul S. Lee is an Attorney Of Counsel at Miller Mayer, where he brings his expertise to the Business Law Practice Group. His practice is centered on corporate law, particularly concerning financial institutions and regulatory matters. Mr. Lee provides guidance on corporate governance, private equity, acquisitions, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance. His extensive experience also includes swap agreements, finance transactions, compliance issues, regulatory audits, and construction contracts.

Before joining Miller Mayer, Mr. Lee honed his skills in corporate, banking, and regulatory law as in-house counsel at a commercial bank, as well as in private practice in New York City and Seoul, South Korea. He is a frequent speaker at both national and international conferences, discussing cross-border regulatory regimes such as economic sanctions, money laundering, and bribery/corruption.

Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in the New York and New Jersey State bars. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.S. from Binghamton University.
